Subscriptions

What does it cost?

JojoT requires a subscription. Weekly is $7.99, monthly is $14.99, and yearly is $49.99 (USD; local prices vary). The price and renewal terms are shown in full before you pay — nothing is charged without you tapping through Apple's confirmation sheet.

How do I cancel?

Cancelling is handled by Apple, not by us, and takes about fifteen seconds:

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

I want a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something about JojoT caused the problem, email us too — we would rather fix it than have you fight with a form.

I paid but the app still asks me to subscribe

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If that does not do it, email us and we will sort it out.

Your data

Where do my progress pictures go?

Nowhere. They are written to your device's private app storage and are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.

How do I erase everything?

Go to You → Reset everything. That clears your challenge, your daily logs and your progress pictures from the device. It does not cancel your subscription — do that in Settings, as above.

Do you track me?

No. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no third-party tracker in JojoT. See the privacy policy.

The challenges

Can I change the daily list?

Yes. Tap the pencil on the Today screen to rename, remove or add tasks, and Create your own on the challenge picker to write a challenge from scratch and pick its length.

I missed a day. Did I fail?

JojoT does not reset your count when you miss a day. The traditional rules say start over; we leave that between you and your conscience.

Is this medical or fitness advice?

No. JojoT is a habit tracker. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. Talk to a doctor before starting a demanding programme, especially the stricter challenges.
